With it becoming clearer that there will not be a repeal of the pay ratio rules, you now need to gear up to make this new disclosure. Led by an expert faculty, you will not only learn how to properly prepare your new pay ratio disclosures - but also all the latest on how to do the homework to calculate the pay ratios; make a board presentation about pay ratios; and how to deal with PR & employee fallout once the disclosure is out there.

This webcast is the third of three monthly webcasts leading to our "Pay Ratio & Proxy Disclosure Conference" (the first webcast was on July 20th; the second one was on August 15) - which will be held in Washington DC & by video webcast on October 17th-18th.
