How to Attend the Conferences

1. Attend in New Orleans: Both Conferences will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. It's located at Two Poydras Street in New Orleans, with a phone number of 504.561.0500. Here is where you can find directions.

   - Check-In Times: When you come to the Hilton, you can check in for the Conferences (i.e. get your badge, etc.) starting at 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 21st until the last panel on Wednesday. Continental breakfast is available on Tuesday from 8:00 to 9:00 am - and on Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 am.

   - Tuesday Night Reception: We hope you can join us after the Conference on Tuesday for our Opening Reception - to be held right after the last panel ends - from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. It will be held near the main meeting room.

   - Wednesday Night Reception: We hope you can join us after the Conference on Wednesday for our Gala Reception - to be held right after the last panel ends - from 4:45 to 6:30 pm. It will be held near the main meeting room.
    

2. Attend by Webconference: To watch, come to the home page of either TheCorporateCounsel.net or CompensationStandards.com and click the prominent link that says "Enter the Conference." Watch the Conference live by clicking a video link that will be on the Conference page that matches the type of player installed on your computer (ie. Windows Media Player or Flash) and the speed of the connection that you have.
